The Shelter
Introducing, The Shelter, engineered for durability and versatility. Crafted from Australian manufactured steel AS/NZ 1163 C350L0, the structure boasts robust 400mm NB tubes with a 2.3mm wall thickness in an algal finish. Standing at a height of 1.9m to the top of the upright legs, the addition of wheels increases overall height by 260mm. Worried about strong winds? Our optional Steel bracing kit, anchored into the ground with screw-in anchor pins, provides added stability, ideal for cyclonic weather conditions.
The Shelter comes in an easy to assemble kit form, with many of the components preassembled. It requires only 8 fittings to be joined and tightened (plus wheels to be attached if ordered) meaning it is fast and efficient to put together
Our Standard Shelter uses knitted UV stabilised HDPE shade mesh. Need protection from the rain? Simply request a rainproof PVC coated material for a marginal extra cost. Want to adjust shade levels? Roll the shade material onto its supporting horizontal steel tube and reattach it higher up the structure legs for customizable shade options on either side.
With various wheel options available, including pneumatic and solid poly rubber tires in swivel or fixed castors, mobility is yours to choose. However, if stability is paramount, detachable feet anchor directly to the ground. Plus, erecting The Shelter is a breeze with just two people recommended for assembly.
